Try Gevalia Coffee and Get a FREE Coffeemaker!

I personally don’t like those coffee makers that take discs and are constrained to one brand.  The cool thing about Gevalia is it allows you to choose from their line of Gourmet Coffees and receive a free coffee maker with your sample; and the coffee maker actually works, lol. The cool thing is, after trying any of the Gourmet Coffees, you can get your coffee from a supermarket and still be able to make your coffee with Gevalia’s stainless steal coffee maker.  Did I mention the coffee maker is free?

Do 90 Day Challenges Actually Work?

For the vast majority of the part, I’ve noticed that most who propose to follow through with a 90 Day Challenge fail to do so.  I won’t sit here and name any names, but I have come across channels on YouTube that promote the idea of doing a 30 Day or 90 Day Challenge.  So, what I would do is subscribe to their channels to see if they follow through with them or not.  Now, I do realize that outside of the Challenge things can come up and days may be skipped within the challenge, but rarely do I see anyone keeping up with it nor coming out with a final video.  Naturally, this will make anyone want to question the whole idea of them working in the first place.  Though, do keep this in mind.  If you are not willing to follow through on something and act surprised at the smallest hint of failure, remember that it is you who did not follow through. I’m going to let you guys watch a video and I want you to tell me if this person seems committed or not.

Feel free to leave any comments about that.  I must say this though. Undergoing a 90 Day Challenge is very much like putting effort into growing a garden. Aside from having to do it the right way, your commitment is what makes the 90 Day Challenge worthwhile; not the 90 Day Challenge itself.
